1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using vitewebsites.com services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms are governed by Vietnamese law and Ho Chi Minh City jurisdiction.

vitewebsites.com provides website development and digital marketing services including:

• Website design and development (Launch, Grow, Prime packages)
• Google Business Profile setup and optimization
• Monthly website maintenance and updates
• Local payment integration (MoMo, ZaloPay, bank transfer)
• SEO optimization and digital marketing consultation
• Optional add-on services (photography, chatbots, co-owner access)

• Initial payment required before project commencement
• Monthly packages billed in advance
• Accepted payment methods: Vietnamese bank transfer, MoMo, ZaloPay
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Project Timeline & Delivery

• Average website delivery: 7 days from project approval
• Timeline may vary based on project complexity and client feedback
• Client must provide required content and materials promptly
• Major delays due to client non-responsiveness may incur additional charges

6. Scope of Responsibility

Our Responsibilities:

• Deliver websites that meet agreed specifications
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance
• Ensure websites are mobile-optimized and SEO-ready
• Maintain website security and performance

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate content, images, and business information
• Respond promptly to project communications
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Notify us of any issues or required changes

7. Intellectual Property

• Client retains full ownership of their content, logos, and brand materials
• vitewebsites.com retains rights to code, design templates, and development methodologies
• Full website ownership transfers to client upon final payment completion
• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio

8. Service Limitations

We provide website development services, not business consultancy. While we optimize for search engines and user experience, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific website traffic or sales results
• Google ranking positions
• Business growth or revenue increases
• Protection from all cyber threats or technical issues beyond our control

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate monthly services with 30 days written notice
• Immediate termination allowed for breach of terms
• Upon termination, client retains access to completed work after final payment
• No refund for partially used monthly services

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes shall be resolved through Vietnamese courts, with jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City. We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
